"The hotel has wonderful service. We had a bit of a hiccup the night we checked in (our plane was delayed so we got in a bit late) - the room power didn't turn on and the staff just told us we put the keycard in wrongly - we didn't, all the power was out in the room, including the doorbell. Anyway he swapped rooms for us and we had no further issues. Staff on the second and third day were absolutely wonderful and made up for the poor service during check in. Staff on the final day assisted us in organising pickup/delivery of a package, and told us it was all part of the service. 100% will be coming back here again, it's walking distance to convenient trains, shopping and more importantly - really good food. Thank you!"

"Excellent Family Stay – Highly Recommend We stayed at this hotel for two weeks with our children and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Our room was well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully catered to families with children, which made our stay extra comfortable. The swimming pool was a highlight—safe and enjoyable for both adults and kids, with plenty of space to relax. The location was also a big plus, conveniently close to a shopping mall and other amenities, which made outings easy and stress-free. The only minor issue we encountered was that the shower room floor could be quite slippery, especially for younger kids, so a bit more safety padding or grip would be appreciated. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. A great choice for families looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality."
