The hotel was 4- start luxury ; very comfortable bed, a good gym for working out, good breakfast buffet and quiet location on soi 11 but the hotel is just around the corner from the action. All of the staff were polite and helpful . I would stay at NSY again .

Only here for one night before flying home, but wished we booked a second night. Fun area of Bangkok with lots to do, but nice that the hotel was tucked awake and quiet. The pool was great, beds were comfortable, and rooms were clean. Didn’t get to use the gym but it looked nice and very spacious. Would definitely stay here again. Staff were also great!

Although the hotel is said to be a 5-star one, however the overall environment and its facilities should only quality it for a 4-star. Having said that, when considering it a 4-star hotel, it is a perfect choice. But of course you have to accept its a bit remote, some 10 to 15 minutes walk to Nana BTS Station. The staff are very polite and extremely helpful. A very pleasant stay！
