"Friendly staff"

"Ok. Standard service. Basic room for sleeping only. V good location with 7/11 around the corner. But as in most cases with budget hotels you can hardly find the hotel name/sign from the street. The biggest problem was to realise while booking that my PayPal which I've been using for ages crashed and there was no phone number to call hotel."

"I would not stay here. It’s a very bad location and your taxi will drop you off at another location. The place smells like someone just had sex in it. They don’t replace towels or bedding. There are stains on the sheets. The receptionist was very rude. If you want to book somewhere else I would recommend you do so. Then since it’s in a Muslim area you wake up to prayer alarms very early in the morning. The whole place does not seem like a good establishment."

"Really new hotel in the heart of the action, yet down a quiet side street with virtually no noise whatsoever. Occasionally, someone might let the fire doors bang but it was fine. Staff were lovely. Bed was very comfy. Firm and soft pillow cases but I felt the pillows were very similar, but they were fine. Massive smart TV. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I found myself back in Bangkok, it was excellent. The only odd thing was there was no hand soap given, and no bin in the room except...
