"This is our return stay at the hotel. The same type of room is bigger this time. No VIP upgrade. We did received the two drinks. The room is facing the pool and BTS, much better window views. Free minibar. The staff were great and always greet or hold the door/elevator. There are construction noises from the hallway due to the 7.7 earthquake. Surprisingly, this time, they hotel did not have my booking so I was a bit concerned when I arrived at 4:00am. They fixed the issue quickly. The women's bathroom off the lobby was also a problem - it only had one stall that worked and the bathroom smelled awful - like a major plumbing issue.
