Stayed for 4 nights in a studio suite which was very nice. Kitchen facilities in the room, with a small living room area. Room was very clean. Staff were very friendly. Area is safe and only a 5 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit road. There is a lovely restaurant accross the road (P.Kitchen). The hotel breakfast was not to my liking (curries and spicy chicken with rice for breakfast! One morning there was crispy fried chicken!).There is a nice coffee shop at the hotel, and a 7-11 only 5 minute walk. i would highly recomnend this hotel and would stay there again.

Great location and good prices. Staff were a little pushy about confirming the rate for an extra night. Make sure you don’t just say “ok I’ll pay that rate” and give them a credit card, but get it in writing with the “paid” stamp as well, or they will come back and ask for more. It’s a fairly nice hotel in a quiet neighbourhood but away from main tourist attractions. Breakfast was pretty standard and repetitive. A walkable distance gourmet food market amazing. High quality food and selection!

Property is on the quiet road and there are nice restaurant across the hotel. The cafe downstairs was the best part of the stay. Their breakfast buffet is the best from all three hotels we stayed in Bangkok this time. The staff is courteous too.
