"Great family orientated hotel with expansive breakfast options, activities, and pool. Excellent and friendly service from the staff and large, comfortable rooms to boot. The only drawback would be the location. The area is very very busy making anything but taking the BTS a time consuming, frustrating challenge. The issue is that the two nearest stations are at least a 12 to 15 minute walk, which on a hot, humid day with a toddler, can be uncomfortable. Therefore, we chose to use cabs to leave...

"Mr Is and Mr T (managers i believe) were great vibes. Most of the staff was great. The hotel is located in an incredibly convenient location. Walking distance to malls, skytrain, food and more. Hotel itself was clean and the room was comfortable. Robes, slippers toiletries provided. Breakfast included and it was great.
