The Park Plaza hotel is good value for money. It is located in Soi 18 between the Emporium Mall and Terminal 21. The staff at the front desk are very helpful. However, the rooms are old and tired and could use some TLC. Wi-Fi is slow however, the water pressure in the shower is great. The pool is nice and has a The pool is nice and has a decent fitness centre attached to it. All in all it’s a decent hotel for the price.

We were very happy with our stay here. The room was super comfortable. The hotel is close to a lot of food and shopping options. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool. Other reviews have mentioned the concierge service. It really is the best. So helpful. Our only issue was when we checked in, the room we were given looked right out onto a wall. Since the description of the room said it had a city view, we went down and talked to the front desk. At first, they were going to charge 500 baht for the upgrade. But when they saw that I was an Expedia VIP member they gave it to me at no charge. Which they should have done anyway, because the description said a city view and the room they gave me did not have one. We took advantage of their massage services, which were excellent I would absolutely stay here again.

Had a great stay at the Park Plaza. Really friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable and poolside bar area was fab. Hotel is easily walkable to nearby metro and dining options. Check in could be better - it took ages to get room key, not ideal when you’ve been travelling for over 20hours! Also they wanted to write down all of my credit card details which I found unacceptable! That aside a lovely, clean, friendly hotel and I would be very happy to stay there again!
