"Overall my five nights stay in this hotel was great and will be back since my family lives there. Location is excellent. Front desk staff needed to be more patient. I have prepaid all my nights in the hotel with a third party. The lady in the front insisted that it was not prepaid, charged my husband's credit card. When I went downstairs to clarify with my bank statement and my paid invoices she still insisted that I was wrong. A gentleman called Philip came and within 5 seconds he said I have...

"Although the room was slightly smaller than I expected it was very clean and in good condition which is the main criteria for any hotel stay. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Area has an abundance of shopping, dining, and transportation options. Would certainly stay here again."
