They gave me a quiet room away from the elevators, as requested. Jake one of the hotel reception staff helped me with train schedules and how to get to Heathrow. My room was clean, and comfortable. I would stay here again when in London."

"Awesome 5 nights spent in this hotel, we were so sad to leave. The mattress was super comfortable we knocked out almost immediately after laying on the bed. Really worth it to get the king size bed. One point to note is that the rooms are meant for couples as the bathroom is open and doesn’t have a door (unless you’re okay with that!)"
