"I am giving four stars because the pool water was cold and the in room dining food was below expectations for a place like this. However i had a great spa experience, the room was very quiet, and i cant speak highly enough of the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I had a local errand to run that i just mentioned offhand to make polite chit chat, and i was offered the use of their hotel driver/car, which was unexpected and amazing. "Our stay at Hyatt Place was awesome. We were there for two nights and we could not have asked for more. Kevin at check in and Shawn (Manager) were awesome and friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing and made the stay even better!"
