"Most of the staff was very friendly and helplful. Property is not brand new but was very clean. Our room was very spacious and loved the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Housekeeping even folded towels into cute designs-left them a tip, you should, too! Breakfast was great but wish it lasted until 10 on weekends. I also wish the hotel would have been more environmentally friendly such as using compostable products at breakfast, using refillable shampoo/conditioner in bathroom, and...

"upon arrival...and I knew I was arriving early, but your plane lands when your plane lands. Uber arrives at hotel...I met the young lady at the front desk and said I was there to check in. Was told my room was not available yet...not a problem, again I knew I was early and I knew the check in/ check out schedule. BUT then was told a room could be made available right away for $20 - that struck me the wrong way. I politely denied the offer. Asked where I could go to get a cup of coffee and was...
