"Hotel location is excellent. Beach, restaurants, and even a Kroger is a block away. Rooms appeared to be recently updated, paint, furniture, bathroom, etc appears almost new. Indoor pool is heated to a very comfortable level. Friendly staff. Actually planning to return in the near future for a full vacation week."

"The day we checked in was busy as it was an Astros game but the staff was quick and efficient while still being friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean, very nice, and great! We requested a rollaway bed and they had it brought to the room promptly given it was busy. The valet were also very quick in bringing the car down. "

"My room was clean but rusted hinges in bathroom, peeling wallpaper gave a dated look. Property is nice and landscaping kept up, jogging trail could be refinished, again dated/old looking. "

"Nice although alot if strict rules, they do not allow pets as stated on Expedia, staff has strict rules to extend or rebook before 11 am or else you wait downstairs to check in again til 3 pm. Nice hot breakfast."
