"Booker this hotel as a 1 night quick stop as it's close to the pier to get to phi phi. If coming from the airport don't expect anyone to know where it is, we took a taxi which we had no choice to at 2am which was 700baht They didn't know where it was and we spent 2 hours in the taxi driving around areas near the pier. Hotel has 24/7 check in I guess which is good, the hut outside had several locks on th doors which didn't seem to work very well. A giant bed which filled the entire hut...

"The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. We stayed at Amari for our honeymoon and the Amari team went above and beyond for us. The breakfast in the morning is absolutely delicious! The location is perfect to walk to the beach, Bangla road and other bars and restaurants. I just feel like the location- It doesn’t belong there -when you step off the property stepping into a very unsafe street traffic wise. "It was a property where we could truly experience the renowned reputation of Banyan Tree, and the accommodation we stayed in satisfied every member of our family. The friendly service of the staff left a lasting impression. One thing to note is that I had read in several blog reviews that, when choosing a dinner course at the Saffron restaurant, there would be options for appetizers or desserts. However, on the day of our visit, only a fixed menu was served. I wasn’t aware that this had changed....
