Great hotel with amazing customer service
I was stunned by the view upon the arrival. The 360 degree ocean view was really great. The customer service was excellent as I was celebrating my wife birthday. They arranged the flower and cake upon my request. And my wife was very pleased by the setting. She also surprised by the Spa department that they make the 'HBD' letters at the treatment room. I would definitely visit them again.

Tout était simplement parfait. Cadre idyllique, villa idéalement située au calme absolu, les prestations proposées sont de très belle facture et, surtout, l’ensemble du personnel fait preuve d’une attention et d’un sens du service personnalisé en tous points inégalé.

Four Seasons tropical paradise
Flott parkanlegg rundt hotellet. Villaer var fine, men ikke mer enn det man forventer. Super frokost, både mat, sted og utsikt. Spiste middag på stranden en kveld, god mat og fint pyntet, men opplevelsen ble ødelagt av underholdning som var temmelig simpel og bråkete. Vinlisten er dårlig, enten latterlig dyre viner eller viner til en grei pris som har temmelig lav kvalitetet. Service var veldig bra.

全てが素晴らしかった。 今まで、数々のリゾートを旅してきたが、その中でも群を抜いて良かった。 とりわけスタッフの心のこもったおもてなしは、心身ともに本当にリラックスできた。 朝食も11時までとゆっくり時間がとってあるので、朝の時間を有意義に使えた。 また絶対リピートしたい！
