"The hotel offers easy access to Patong Beach and various restaurants and street markets in the area. The property is showing its age and the rooms could use some major renovations. We had to move twice because of loud noise from the street and excessive humidity in the next room. The staff were very attentive to our concerns and made sure that we were comfortable and that the air conditioning worked properly. We even received a letter of apology, free snacks and an offer for a late checkout....

"The rooms in this hotel are very very good well designed and big modern and clean. This hotel mainly caters for families so if your wanting an adult only and quiet hotel during the day around pool areas its not for you. But the beach area part of the hotel was great with no families. So all in all we were very impressed with this hotel. "
