"We can back on 27 October 2024 from this hotel and it was incredible. The staff were lovely and so accommodating and the facilities were amazing and the rooms were beyond anything we could imagine. The food - in particular Raitalay Terrace was delicious! The choices they had in particular for vegetarians were so great. Can’t wait to come back again here. Special mention to Oil from guest relations and Salma from the activities centre for answering all our questions and organising excursions. "

"We enjoyed our 3 nights at Sand Sea Hotel. It is a very big hotel with entrance on both sides of Railay. I was glad I requested a room near pool on Western side. The staff are lovely and very efficient. Our room was very nice but we didn't have hot water on one day. The shower did lack maintenance. "Wonderful location and surprisingly quiet! My only complaint would be that the bathrooms were very dirty, there was no shampoo, no windows or natural light without exposing yourself to everybody, and the lock on the door made me feel very unsafe. It’s just a sliding door. Keep in mind, the location is unreal. Bed was clean and decently comfy but the bathroom was horrifying, and I had to buy shampoo. "
