"The location is great to walk to massage places, restaurants and right on the beach. The pool area/beachfront was nice and seemed to have enough chairs for all. The staff are excellent! Very accommodating and friendly! The bed was comfortable, but linens and towels are worn. Outside the bathroom (which is only screens and wood slats) the staff congregate and talk at all hours of the night. Maybe it’s the next door resort? They are very close with only a wall separating. "The buildings are quite dispersed and the walkways are uneven making it difficult to walk around the property. Also, the interior of the room also has uneven little steps in and out of the bathroom, a big tripped hazard. Breakfast selections were ok. The hot foods never seems to be served hot, Luke warm at best. The staff was definitely kind, cheerful and helpful. "

"I liked the room except it seemed to only be cleaned once every stay. Towels where changes every 2 days and bed sheet were not changes for the 4 nights I stayed. The biggest problem was the cocktail bar music volume, I had no problem with music all night but the volume was stupid! It was like everyone was on drugs in the bar with the staff. Shame as this property was really nice and could be so much better if not run by drug dependent staff."

" We had an amazing four-day stay at Zazen Boutique Resort in Koh Samui. The cabins were spacious and beautifully designed, featuring a cozy sofa area where we enjoyed Netflix in the evenings. The food was exceptional, especially the Thai dishes—we loved the Massaman curry, morning glory, tamarind prawns, and Panang curry. The buffet breakfast offered a great selection as well.
