The beach is a private section of beach, shared with a few other hotels, which is also nice however the sand is pretty rough on the the feet (nothing the Hotel can do about that). The staff are very polite and accommodating, big shout out to Max & Zidan from the beach bar/ Panali restaurant; extremely friendly and very helpful! The room, which we had was a Premium Ocean Pool Suite (room 222), was very well maintained and looked after...

The room had a king bed , soaking tub and shower , jacuzzi, sun, and tanning area. Room service and laundry service.. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our stay magical. While ambience is important it should not invade rooms. However, housekeeping responded immediately each time in keeping with their overall excellence in response to guest needs."
