"Our first family trip away and it exceeded our expectations. The beach was literally across the street and beautiful. The hotel itself was so nice and peaceful - don’t expect a big resort with kids facilities. We loved that it was cosy and intimate and quiet. The restaurant had delicious food but breakfast could’ve had a bit more variety. "

"Really nice hotel and pools. Buffet breakfast was good with a few different options. They do have a restaurant which we didn’t try. The room has basic necessities - towels, dressing gowns, slippers, toiletries etc. Bottled water is provided every day. Kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, plates etc but you need to buy your own ingredients. The room has a TV but no streaming platforms so best to bring a HDMI cable. Daily housekeeping is good. "We stayed 3 nights and had a Jr Suite. It was quite spacious and had a small fridge, TV, A/C and a King bed. The bathroom was large too. Pool/beach towel were in the room with a beach bag. Our suite was near the back end of the resort, close to the pool n beach. The shopping and dining options were a 2 minute walk from our hotel. The location is fantastic with the limestone cliffs and 2-3 beaches. We would come back here again!"

Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort

"Great modern rooms, convenient location right opposite the beach, located at a quieter part of Patong but still walking distance into the centre. Staff are amazing, so helpful. The corridors at the hotel are long and traffic of people walking through can at times be a bit annoying. Ask for a room at the end of the corridor "

"After reading some of the online reviews, I was a bit hesitant about staying here however, we loved everything about this property once we experienced it for ourselves. The service was impeccable! While there are a few minor things I think that needs a small facelift, it was a beautiful property overall. It’s totally worth splurging on the beachfront bungalows."

"The Mandarava Resort was impecable. Spacious and clean rooms, plenty of pools and bars and the service was second to none. The buffet breakfast was well worth it and the Charm Thai Restaurant was amazing. Room service was also delivered quickly and with a friendly smile. The complimentary shuttle to Karon Beach made it easy to get to the local shops, restaurants and have a dip in the ocean. I would recommend staying at the Mandarava Resort to anyone looking for luxury accomodation in Phuket."
