I know a lot of places have a 2pm check in, but they have to be realistic when you arrive at 1.15 and they take 10 min for paperwork and then say you have to wait till 2pm, when clearly the room is ready. "Sadly the floors are not washed well. Same drop of blood was there after 5 days when I left. Never smelled cleaners or disinfectant...just seen dirty mop and reused rags. The mould in the showers is NASTY. The young fellas do an ok job with what they have but they need to invest in some thorough time to clean...disenfect. The pool as well...😬. "
