The carpet bore visible stains, giving an unkempt feel, and the towels were far from fresh, with a worn-out texture. While the basics for comfort were there, the overall cleanliness could use significant improvement to match expectations."

"Have had a great stay at St Giles, may have been compact, however clean and convenient for the sights … All staff courteous and friendly, willing to help when approached… Such a comfortable bed with a choice of pillows … Had an amazing room overlooking Tottenham Court Road and the BT Tower … Not the quietest… however it is a main road and not an issue for me, it is what it is …. please don’t complain, just take earplugs … My only complaint although prob just a preference…. What’s with the tiny tea cups??? Would much prefer a good sized cup / mug … Thank you and would love to cone back xXx "
