"We had an amazing check in with Tasha! She’s amazing and you guys are lucky to have her. Our initial room smelled funny so we asked for a different room and she helped ASAP! We were so grateful. We were a bit disappointed the rooms don’t open to the balcony anymore but we were happy with the new breakfast offered on the 17th floor with beautiful views just for $5. We had a great breakfast and an amazing start to our day and weekend. Cesar at the restaurant was amazing and very kind and made me feel right at home as I wasn’t dresses for breakfast and was looking crazy in my pajamas and robe (I’m sorry I won’t do that again, I thought it was continental, was just gonna grab coffee and a muffin lol) I love this hotel so much and can’t wait to return. Thank you for always keeping me safe and taking care of my friends and I."
