"I didnt want to give a poor rating but i feel like breakfast should be included with the stay. The breakfast is expensive to purchase. This would have made the stay even better. Most hotels include breakfast. "

Great location and check in staff

"Great hotel, well positioned to walk to Universal Studios. Also a shittle available from the hotel. Check in staff were fantastic. Bar and restaurant staff could do with some customer service training considering you have to tip regardless of their quality of service. Overall the hotel was great. "
