The rooms were fabulous, but it is the staff (checkin, housekeeping, parking attendant, everyone we came into contact with) that made the experience exceptional - warm, friendly, accommodating. The hotel has a lovely restaurant/bar as well, I highly recommend. It was the perfect place to stay for our visit to UCLA!

The hotel was close to where I needed to be. There was a shuttle that took me there and from the medical center. The staff was amazing! Friendly, helpful. I would stay there again if I need to. I would highly recommend.
