It is a very nice big hotel, also very tall with great views. I enjoyed the spacious room and the big, soft towels they provided. The breakfast was very, very nice, with lots of selections. It's also within walking distance to the central station.

Super hotel stay! In fact it’s cheaper than any surrounding properties in the area! Not sure if I got it at a good price but it was so much cheaper than in Copenhagen. The breakfast spread was fantastic too. Train station is also a very walkable distance away. Grocery store is also near. Possibly able to see northern lights too!

Exceptionally high standard!
I rarely leave a review but honestly this hotel deserves a 5 star review. Everything was excellent from checkin to comfort to the standard of everything - well stocked mini bar, great rituals shower gel and shampoo, comfy bed, amazing view, friendly staff! I travel a lot so it takes a lot for me to leave a review let alone be so impressed.

Good location, great views from the hotel. Buffet breakfast was ok. Light bulb missing from bedside light. At busy times the lifts were extremely busy and took ages to get to and from our room as the lifts seemed to prioritise taking people to the roof restaurant.

Hotel is centrally located and easy walk from the train station. This made transit to and from airport easy and we did a couple of days trips from here too. Room on floor 10 was very comfortable and very quiet with wonderful views across surrounding area. Room was clean apart from black mould in shower which we requested to have cleaned. Staff were polite but not proactive. For example a heads up at check-in to book restaurant or info on options would have been helpful. Dining options at night were limited on Sunday & Monday with the only open hotel restaurant fully booked and most local options in town closed. Hotel seems to be geared for Corporate bookings - lovely downstairs bar was usually packed with corporate groups and were advised couldn’t access the second restaurant for lunch unless pre-booked corporate client. Breakfast had extensive range of food options, including an omelette bar for orders, and plenty of seating although finishes at 9:30am which is earlier than most hotels. Overall a relaxing stay in a central location.

Dejligt hotel med god beliggenhed nær togstation og gode spisemuligheder. Morgenbuffetten er meget variereret og frisklavet omelet er en fantastik start på dagen.
