"I go to Cocoa Beach every year for Thanksgiving at another VRBO location. This year decided to try a different location. Excellent unit. Excellent location. Wonderful heated pool. It is the closest building to the beach as far as the eye can see in both directions. Easy check in and check out. All check in/out communication was prompt and through email and I did not need to contact the prop manager at all. Highly recommend. "

"Came to Florida to visit family and wanted a place near the beach. This property was great, a little smaller complex but clean and well maintained.Location was great, near stores and restaurants and of course right on the ocean. 2 bedrooms and 2 nice baths plus a newer refurbished kitchen and generous living area.Property manager was vary responsive and went out of her way to insure we had all we needed and were happy with the property!We will definitely give it a try again on our next visit!"

"This rental is quite clean and comfortable. The view of the ocean is fabulous. This place is very cozy and everything we would want in a beach stay. Management staff were easily accessible and quickly responded to questions. I was disappointed to learn shortly before arrival that we would not be able to walk our dog on the beach; it was recommended that we utilize a dog friendly beach several miles away.
