"The rooms can use new AC units as the rooms smelled due to water leaking I’m from the unties onto the floor. One of our rooms smelled bad. The showers have been updated but do not keep the water in the shower and leak onto the bathroom flooding which can cause a slip and fall."

"The best thing I loved about the property was the customer service. The nice lady at the check-in desk (I can't remember her name) but she was SUPER helpful and friendly. The amenities were WONDERFUL. The only thing I didn't like were the pillows, but that's my own fault for not bringing my own! I WILL be back. And everyone was friendly, especially to an old man like me. SIX STARS OUT OF FIVE!"

"Rooms are large, clean and really comfortable. Parking is free, and it's only a 10-min drive to downtown Sarasota. The only downside I found was the weak water pressure the 2nd floor."
