"First and foremost I want to say the staff at this hotel is fantastic. Top notch. The rooms need work: our bathroom was so small it was hard to manoeuvre for one person, let alone two. The light switches were too complicated to use. No plugs by bed. Breakfast was delicious. Rooftop terrace is small but nice; staff on rooftop less accommodating than rest of hotel. Staff at front desk made up for everything. Location is good. Housekeeping goes above and beyond. "

Their private car service was excellent and made it very easy for us to arrive at the apartment. The driver was waiting for us at the arrivals airport with my name on a sign.
