"They "oversold" their accessible accommodations. Not a happy camper. Didn't get to take a shower. Bummed. Never mentioned renovations at the time of my booking. To their credit, they upgraded me to a suite and waived the parking fee, But all I needed was a bed and a shower."

"Rooms need maintenance. Wallpaper near the window was coming off the wall, likely due to moisture, and the office chair had lots of wear and tear. The rooms are spacious and the place is quiet with lots of parking spaces."

"A great place to stay! Our room was on the second floor and had tall vaulted ceilings, a working gas fireplace, and beautiful views of the ocean. All of that for just over $200 a night (so a great deal!). We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Pismo."
