Hotel is very quiet and clean, rooms are decent size, small pool and hot tub area. If you are looking to be able to walk downtown Pismo for restaurants and activities I would not recommend.

The views from the rooms are amazing. Access to the cove with smaller private beach for guest is also a plus. Only thing that would keep me from rebooking here at the beds, solid rocks.
