The exterior of the building is also in need to some genera maintenance. It's beginning to show its age since the last renovation. The value of the room was excellent. "

"A little gem that we found when visiting Santa Maria. Nice hotel, clean and a great friendly staff. The hotel has nice bar with a continental breakfast. Orcutt is a nice little town. You can walk to 5 or 6 nice restaurants. Orcutt is also close to numerous wineries. Going back in a couple of weeks. "

The outside light infront of the lobby was kind of dim.All of Main Street attract some homeless people due to the fact there is 101 highway where homeless often sleep under the overpasse."
