"I had an issue with my financial institution and the deposit amount and had to keep contacting the front desk reservation staff to get added documentation. The staff was very gracious and accommodating through a frustrating situation which could have easily annoyed them."

"Read online reviews ahead and got a room in the back away from the street so it was fairly quiet. When we were there, the hotel was half empty so it was quiet. The facilities are decent. Our room was made everyday. The pool was average looking and we didn't use it. We were charged daily parking fee which I didn't remember getting charged by other hotels around there from our past stays."
