"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I have low expectations for chain hotels, but this property is well-maintained, very clean and the staff were friendly and professional. My only issue was that I had asked for my room to be cleaned during a 4-hour window between 11am and 3pm so I could return and get ready for a Christmas gathering. Front desk staff assured me it would be taken care of. When I returned to the hotel, the room was still uncleaned and the housekeeping staff had to skip...

"Stayed for a week. The dishwasher didn’t work. The coffee maker is not at all ok extremely basic for a couple bucks more you can get something that makes sense. The gym is really sub par if you’re creative you can workout but only one person at a time. The entry looks like a dentists office. Carpet is super dirty, elevator needs an update. The bed was comfortable the room was decent size. The staff are great super nice."
