"The staff was friendly and efficient. The room may have been the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in at any level. It isn’t luxurious, but it is tidy and comfortable. Only critique would be to change the soap/shampoo in the bathroom as mine had started to separate. It was not a big deal at all, though. I would definitely stay again and advise anyone else looking for a reasonably priced, clean and safe place to stay near Cal Poly to considered giving it a shot."

"We had a great stay. The front desk staff was very welcoming. We traveled with a dog and they made it very easy. There was a nice fenced in area for the dogs to use as well. We liked the location. "Very nice property. Bigger than it looked from the outside. The entire property felt very open and bright - even the hallways! The room was comfortable. Location was convenient. Just across the street ftom the Mission. We parked across the street in the public lot. We are too impatient to wait for the valet! Appreciated the glass bottles of water in the room along with the fridge. Had dinner at the steakhouse which was good. Did not eat breakfast at the hotel so cant comment."
