This property has a great location, rooms are nice and beds are comfy; I did not like the lack of counter space in the bathroom, nor the attitude of the staff- no flexibility on late check out, unless you pay 50$ even with missing an hour due to time change; I had to take a business call around check out time and was directed to the local library. Location is great!

This is a very nice hotel for a couple of night when exploring SLO town and university. It’s clean and the beds are comfortable. Although there is no breakfast, the bakery/cafe next door is fantastic. So, no loss there.

The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant. He accommodated our request for a downstairs room towards the back of the property. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable & it was very clean. We did have some inconsiderate people talking very loud in the parking lot around midnight but that wasn't the facilities fault. We would stay there again. FYI - good price for SLO.

Super clean, very friendly staff, convenient to walk downtown. It was noisy with traffic during the morning. Try to stay on the 2nd floor - we had very loud people above us that were up past 4 am for 2 of our nights there so no sleep for us.
