The room was average. There was Construction in the works. Our bathroom ceiling has been patched up & the floor hadn't been mopped for awhile, a white hand towel turned black after wiping up spilt water. Our refrig hummed us to sleep. Location was great & the over all service was very good.

This is definitely no frills but the room was clean & the bed was comfortable. Very convenient to the highway & to Cal Poly. Not much in the immediate blocks surrounding the property so pretty quiet though there was definitely noise from other guests coming and going (not much soundproofing). A good option if you need a place to stay for a night or two & don’t want to break the bank.

Good location, a one mile walk to the university. The room was clean and was partially remodeled. They didn't bother to add any insulation to the walls or floor/ceiling. You can hear every noise from the rooms nextdoor or from the parking lot. The pillows were thin. The showerhead made a high-pitched sound. The breakfast was just packaged breakfast sandwiches and danishes. The parking was tight. We won't stay at this hotel again.

The hotel charged a substantial "service fee" of per night on top of the rate quoted for the room. When I asked about the charge, they said it was for parking and it was mandatory regardless if i needed parking or not. So the room that was quoted was significantly lower than the rate i paid that included this service fee.

Understanding they are going under construction, their parking is inaccessible, they have a wall right infront of the driveway entrance that blocks going in, and to exit the building you have to go all around the end to make the turn out.

The most basic place you can stay. Unfriendly walk-up window outside to check in. Beds sound light thunder since metal but actually ok to sleep on. The pillows are wrapped so tight since they are small that they are square in shape.
