We were happy with the room; it was clean and comfortable, but my husband and I were not happy about the breakfast. They had run out of some of the food items as well as coffee at the breakfast bar, but the staff was rude when notified of this. Also, though the hours posted for breakfast was 6 to 10 am, the staff started putting food away at 9:10. I noticed the staff person using her bare hands to remove the bagels and bread from the bins.

The hotel was understaffed and the manager really rude. The breakfast, although included, is not an option because they don't have enough and the area is way too small.
