The only slightly off notes are the 20 dollar resort fee - this is hardly a resort, and besides these types of fees that have to go or simply be reflected in the price of the room. And the Happy Hour had bottom of the barrel wine, but that's par for the course, even though this is is wine country and I did hold a glimmer of hope for better. "Rooms have been remodeled. From being location to downtown SLO AND Cal POLY. Good for a couple of nights stay at $150 or less nothing luxurious. Would not be the crazy prices when Cal POLY has something going on ($250+ per night). "

"Had a great time. The property itself was great. The rooms were all unique and cozy. The pool was divine. Was able to get reservations at both eateries and both were delicious. Now let's talk cake! I loved it! I had a slice a day! Definitely can't wait to experience it again, and again, and again😊"

"Great location a mile from the downtown strip, with a bar/restaurant steps away. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Two minuses: 1) The TV and remote were ANCIENT. The remote barely worked and felt like something from 1998. 2) The doors really rattle whenever someone else in the hall slams their door shut. I tried putting a towel under the door but it didn't help much."
