"Everything was great except for one thing . We got there at 1045 am and our room was ready but they would only let us go in if we paid an extra $35 . If we did not pay we had to wait until 12 to get our keys . I think that is really just trying to get more money and horrible policy. If the room is ready we should be able to use it and if it is not ready then we would need to wait for it and no one gives me any money back. I paid for a room and if it is ready I should just get the keys !!"

"It was easy to pre check-in via Smart technology online. We found the staff was particularly friendly and very accommodating (we had a dog). The overall atmosphere was older by design, however very clean and felt safe. There was easy available parking right outside our room which was on the ground floor. There are 3 levels accessible from outside. We just needed an overnight stay and found the location great. The rates were economical so given the cleanliness, friendliness and ease we would definitely stay here again. "

"I went there to join a 4 days-event, the hotel is beautiful and my room was spacious and clean every day. Staff is nice and professional, big shout to Mr Khaled Al Taher who assisted me with the check in process and warmly greeted me every time we met in the lobby I was also lucky to have him again there when I was checking out. Real 5 stars service from a real 5 stars hotel!!!"
