"I had a very pleasant stay. The reservation team was excellent and friendly. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped with amenities. I stayed here for six nights, and it is the best option for both business and leisure trips. I will definitely try it again."

Great neighborhood with smallish restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Free trolly to other areas of laguna beach stops in front of the hotel. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

My husband and I stayed here for one night. The hotel itself is fine, staff as well. I have one gripe: I disliked having to enter all my information onto their website prior to check in. I really disliked having to upload photos of my driver license. We forgot an item after we'd checked out and the hotel did notify us and we had the option to have the item sent back to us. I consider that to be a huge plus which we really appreciated.
