"The location of this hotel is key. Right in the middle of m old town Clovis. Walkout to a brick layered crossing and straight into downtown Clovis. Coffee shops, dinera and shopping. Just like a hallmark town."

"I’ve stayed at this property many many times because of its proximity to downtown Modesto and all the restaurants and fun activities. They also have a nice pool. During the day it’s very walkable everywhere however at night there is a homeless problem around. That being said, the property itself is very clean and the staff is excellent. Breakfast is excellent as well and parking is free"

"This cozy place brought us a great place to make family memories. The hosts were very friendly and even provided breakfast provisions. My grandkids loved the safe area to run and play. Definitely a place we will stay at again for future trips. "
