Overall my experience was fine. The staff was nice & my room was clean. The only two flaws I came across were that the spa was closed for remodel & the water pressure in the shower was horrible. It took 15 minutes for the water to get hot but I managed.

The hotel smelled like an old shoe. The website has the pool and spa working. The spa hasn't worked in over a year, said the night shift worker. I paid for a hotel that had these amenities and didn't get them. This is a common theme. Expedia- you need to promote the properties appropriately. Very disappointing. The hotel needed to freshen the place up. It smelled bad on the first and 3rd. floors.

There were some damaged areas like the grout lining in the bathtub, but the service was great! the receptionist, Liz, was the sweetest and was very helpful with me and my fiancé's stay. The property is located within a good driving distance of multiple popular dining and shopping areas. This hotel is down the street from Fresno State so it is very convenient if you’re visiting someone attending the school. We had very few issues while staying here. Our biggest issue was that our key cards deactivated every day and we had to go to the front desk to reactivate them. We were told to keep them out of our wallets and away from our phones and keys and they still had issues. The TV was also not functional outside of one channel. They did offer to come up and troubleshoot but we ended up watching movies on our computer instead to avoid the hassle. The water pressure was very weak and we had to run the water through the faucet in the shower for awhile before switching to the shower head or else the water would not warm up.

I was disappointed that upon checking in they didn’t let me know my room “a two queen bed” was overbooked so they had to give me a different room 1king bed with a pull out couch. I had to go up to my room and find out then come back down to the lobby and they were quick to blame Expedia for overbooking their hotel. Needless to say they had no two bedrooms so we had to stay in the king room and the pull out couch was not working my son ended up sleeping in the floor and my daughter had to sleep with me and my husband in the only bed.
