"We liked the open hall and dining area in front. Rooms were spacious and overall kept clean. Breakfast was sufficient but I wish they had a few more options for juices and milk (diary free options). appreciate having drinking water available all the time. Staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. It's good if the carpets could be washed and cleaned better. "

"This is a updated review: check in with Expedia was fast and easy. The amenities at this hotel are amazing! I have a dog that travels with me nd i have not found a place more friendly and accommodating to animal's as the plza was to my Little bit. The staff was frans very customer service o staidorientated. "The staff were extremely helpful. I have arthritis and couldn't button the buttons on the sleeves of my dress shirt. One of the counter clerks was happy to assist me without making me feel incompetent. Definitely above the call of duty!"
