"This hotel is a must look at for cruise ship passengers. The B Street Pier is literally across the street from Tower III. After getting off the ship before 9am, we walked to the hotel asking if they would hold our luggage until check in. We were checked in right away! In addition to the Cruise Pier, this hotel is an easy walk to Little Italy, and a manageable walk to the Gaslamp Quarter. Many options for dining and shopping."

"What a beautiful hotel! From the lobby, to the eating areas, to the pool, to the rooms, every detail was thoughtful and meticulous. You really feel like you have been transported! I was there over the weekend, and it got quite lively, but it wasnt so noisy that it kept be awake or bothered me, but if you are a light sleeper, that is something to think about. The beds and sheets were sooo comfortable though. I just about melted into them once I laid my head on the pillow. It was also amazing to have all of those food options availiable right at the hotel. It really did check all of the boxes, and i would definitely stay here again!"

"The property was quiet and relaxing. You can enjoy morning coffee looking out onto the bay. The heated pools were a nice perk since it was cool outside. They showed a holiday movie on a big screen poolside. The rooms were very clean and the property is well maintained. There are paths for guests to walk or run on the property. The only complaint are the thin walls but even with that con we would definitely stay again."

"Overall it was a great stay. Staff was very nice and helpful, room was clean but my TV didn't work but I wasnt in the room enough to worry about the TV. The wafflespot was a great breakfast option, the churo waffle is a must if you go. The only negative is having a room on the bottom floor you can hear everything going on upstairs but other than that it's a great place to stay. "
