"I came for Valentine's Day weekend with my girlfriend. The valet staff on 2/14/2025 at around 7/8pm was so friendly from the first moment. The woman who checked us in was kind of rude initially but I think as the conversation continued she chilled out. My girlfriend and I both thought it was weird that she came off like that. All the other staff was super great though. When checking out the man on Sunday afternoon and the lady were both so friendly. Loved the style of the hotel definitely close...

"The room was clean. The lobby furniture looked old. There were many trip hazards in the lobby. Jay, who checked me in was perisonalble and had excellent customer service skills. The bar was small and uninspiring. The location and area walkability is outstanding. "

"The staff was outstanding, moving my room after first night experience of Sat. night's outside "bar smokers" whose smoke smell wafting up to my room. They didn't hesitate to move me to another room the next morning, and provided a slight "upgrade" without my request. Very nice room they moved me into. BTW, the other guests were very chill. Definitely will go back!"
