The reason it doesn’t get five stars is it’s very poor for a hotel in that class and expense not to give basic tea and coffee services and crema at least, ideally breakfast for the price ! I asked for coffee and had to call 3 times. They gave me another plastic packet with tea. Not even powdered cream. It’s a small thing but important when traveling and paying a lot for a hotel. "The hotel was excellent value for money, the room was spacious, the bed very large, the air con worked as did the Wi-Fi. The reception was open 24 hours and the restaurant stayed open until 23:00. The breakfast was very nice and there is also an Irish bar, a couple of restaurants and a supermarket very close by. The bus stop into town was a few yards away and the Metro was only a 17 minute walk away. When I go back to Madrid, I will look to stay here again."
