"A nosotros nos funcionó perfecto porque hicimos escala en Madrid, pero si lo requieres para estadías largas no sé si sea una buena sugerencia ya que no hay muchas cosas alrededor, pero en general es un gran hotel, la gente amable, tienen maquinas expendedoras, desayuno buffet con un costo extra, etc."

"Staff were friendly and professional. Room was clean and spacious. Basic restaurant area. Bar area with couches and chairs. Not much around the hotel for dining or shopping but the restaurant and bar inside the hotel was sufficient."

"The hotel was excellent value for money, the room was spacious, the bed very large, the air con worked as did the Wi-Fi. The reception was open 24 hours and the restaurant stayed open until 23:00. The breakfast was very nice and there is also an Irish bar, a couple of restaurants and a supermarket very close by. The bus stop into town was a few yards away and the Metro was only a 17 minute walk away. When I go back to Madrid, I will look to stay here again."

"The staff we spoke to were excellent. The reason it doesn’t get five stars is it’s very poor for a hotel in that class and expense not to give basic tea and coffee services and crema at least, ideally breakfast for the price ! I asked for coffee and had to call 3 times. They gave me another plastic packet with tea. Not even powdered cream. It’s a small thing but important when traveling and paying a lot for a hotel. The gym was fine, the room lovely and the transport convenient. Would I stay...
