"The hotel was fine and the clean. What i didn't like was we had the first bus to the airport and the restaurant wasn't open till 8:00 and the coffee service in the lobby ended at 7:00. This should be correct to service the early client. "

"Good clean basic room for our overnight layover at Madrid. They put an extra bed in the room for our child which was appreciated. Had a few options for our child to watch cartoons in English after some digging in the menus. Convenient shuttle from the airport, just have to find the hotel shuttle pickup zone. "The property is good in all aspects - rooms, service, courteous staff etc but it is location is not very commute friendly without a car. There is a bus stop about 5-7 mins walk from the hotel. There are absolutely no grocery stores / convenience stores / eatery around the property. You’d need a taxi / car to explore the area around. "
