"I was glad I read the other reviews so I knew what to expect. We showed up at 9pm, parked in front on the street, and checked in smoothly. There were a lot of people in the lobby and bar, so it had a festive atmosphere. We had reserved what turned out to be one of the larger rooms for a really great price a few months ago, so we were comfortable. There is no coffee service in the rooms, but you can get it from the cafe or we borrowed a few mugs to make some on our own."

"Rooms not renovated. Faux wood floor peeling, marble in bathroom chipped, desk was dusty and hall carpet deteriorated. Staff was nice and area in convenient and safe."

"I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is in a good location close to the royal palace and may shops and restaurants. I felt safe in the area at all times. The staff was friendly and we had no issues. The room was nice and slightly larger than other rooms I have stayed in in Europe. Overall it was clean, comfortable, and convenient."

"The room is very clean, the staff is friendly but not all of them speak English. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with lots of choices and the dining area is spacious and clean. Having shuttle service to the airport is so convenient! Will come back again!"

"Honestly, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had and I’ve been around the block a time or two. Really quiet part of Madrid, no street noise at all! Right up the street from the metro and walking distance of a ton of Madrid highlights, 10/10 would stay in again"

"The hotel is good nice and clean the staff very helpful and friendly breakfast good near Metro station about 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive and is free parking at the metro station near by only dining is limited I enjoyed the stayed I would come back again if O am in Madrid"
