"I will stay at the Sheraton New York every time I go to New York City. Central location to many tourist attractions and sites, subway system. Though under renovation, it was quiet and comfortable. The staff was very helpful in all ways."

"The hotel has a very good location. As far the hotel, it can use some sprucing up. The carpeting in the hallway is to dark, and the lighting could be a little more brighter. The room was fair, with exception that I couldnt leave my curtain open. The only view you saw was other rooms on the other side of the building ( blding is in the shape of a "U"). The chair @ the table was ripped/ majorly torn on the side & when taking a shower, the water was backing up. "
